Returns 


We are sorry to hear if anything did not work out the way you wanted and we want to make you satisfied shopping at Re: Generation, including a smooth return process.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account, credit card company, and your bank. 
If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@regenerationnyc.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 


Items purchased using a promotional discount code or under sale may only be returned for store credit. 
Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable) 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@regenerationnyc.com and send your item to:

Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are not available for international orders

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

Gifts 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
